Chad a tad closer

It might be as early as Thursday that we're going to see the rookie phenom Chad Billingsley pitch for the Dodgers. When you think about the guy he'd be replacing on the mound (Brett Tomko), we might have an upper hand against the Padres with the youngster pitching.

I'd be happy if he managed to give us 6+ IP at 3 or less ER. Something we've not seen from Tomko in a long time...
