Good Luck, Marcin

Tonight, Marcin completes the pilgrimmage so many of us take for granted. It makes me remember my great pilgrammage, which I was fortunate to take on October 15, 1988, at the age of seven. By that time, I had already been to some of the holiest sites in the world: The Church of the Nativity, Vatican City and Rome. However, nothing could compare to my first trip to blue Heaven on Earth. To this day, I still reflect back on that game as the truly defining moment that ensured I would bleed Dodger Blue the rest of my life.

May Marcin's experience be just as special, for he has finally reached the Holiest of sites: Chavez Ravine.
